I need to decide a case to be used by an Architect for 3D rendering meaning it will be running for minimum 12 hours a day to 18 hours a day.
to be purchased in India.

Have chosen Deepcool Tesseract BF @ $44 ( Rs.2600) with only rear fan.

If I can expand on a budget and choose among following three...which one should I go for?

DeepCool Tesseract BF ($44)
or
Cooler Master Elite 311($44)
or
Corsair Obsidian 350D for $76(Rs.4500)- Used with warranty for 1.5 years ( bought in Dec 2013)

Also, Should I get a CPU cooler and not rely on stock cooler?
If yes, please let me know a good , stable Cooler in price range not exceeding $45;(Rs.2000-Rs.2500).
Will not be overclocking at all.

Hardware is:
CPU: Core I74770-
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-B85M-DS3H
RAM: Crucial DDR3 32GB(8GB x 4) 1600MHz
SSD Kingston 120GB
GPU- GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB

Get the Corsair 350D. That Deepcool case has a rubber coating, which after some time will start to degrade and be very sticky or peel. Dust will also be more difficult to brush off from a rubber surface. CM Elite 311 is a budget case and won't be as sturdy as the Corsair 350D.

You can use the stock cooler if you're not annoyed by the noise of the stock cooler. An aftermarket cooler will be more silent but unnecessary if you're not overclocking and your acuteness towards noise isn't high.
