Help to buy new PC

Hello friends,
I am going to buy new computer with following spec:
Intel Q6600 processor
nVidia 8800 GT
i want to buy only intel motherboard but not sure which one to buy for Q6600.
may be
DP35DP
or
DQ35JO or DQ35MP
upon checking intel site, i like to go for DP35DP, and i don't have any plan for overclocking, but i might use XP pro (CD) and later Win Vista Ultimate (DVD)
please help me and let me know if there is any problem using DP35DP with abount config and OS.
anyother help hint will be appreciated.

i don't have any plan for OC at anytime.

HELP: when i'm matching Q6600 processor to find mobo i am getting 20 compatible boards included DP35DP and when i am checking DP35DP compatible processors i am again getting Q6600... but when i am matching combination of DP35DP and Q6600 it says DP35DP is not fully compatible with Q6600 can u pls check here and help me WHY:

do i have to upgrade or downgrade BIOS or something else... help needed.

i will still insist for intel bcoz in my country only following boards are available:
