help, this is ridiculous

I just installed office 2000 but every time i open it, IT CLOSES ITSELF IMMEDIATELY, HELP!

That's because it's Saturday. Don't you know offices are closed on the weekends???

It happens to me before. It has something to do with Office SP2.
What you need to do is re-install them, and before installing any SP
I install those ms installer, even though it stated only required for winnt 4 and not for win2k.

I assume you use win2k, for win9x I have no clue how to fix it.

I'm not sure if you actually did this, but closing immediately is the sign of an invalid cd key, here's some more info on it:

OFF2000: Program Quits Immediately After Starting When SR-1/SR-1a Update Is Applied

OFF2000: Program Quits After You Update from SR-1/SR-1a Administrative Installation
