Help the lazy OCer please

Hello All,

I used to be into OCing, I have been out of the loop for 7 years ish, the game has changed some.

Here is my gear.
Abit I35 Pro
4 Gigs of G-Skil PC 1000
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler
Nice Case with GREAT airflow and good 120mm fans
SILVERSTONE ZEUS 850W PSU
XFX 8800GT Alpha Dog
Q6600 SLACR

Would love to know what bios setting I need to run this at 3.0 or 3.2
Maybe someone has a lint to a guid to OCing on this board.

before you start oc'ing flash to bios 16. it cut my vdroop for my ip35 pro by more than 50% on my quad, in fact I now have the save vdroop on my x3350 that I had before on my e6750.

here are my settings at 8x450 on my x3350. You should actually try to run 3.2 at all stock before messing with your settings, however. You might be surprised, especially after the new bios is installed
