HELP !! .. the Admin is GONE ! (XP)

I was working on setting up my LAN at home. I log onto my XP machine as the Administrator always, I had one other user name in there I created a while back on accident... Suddenly now when I reboot the only choice is this other name, I have no way to Log on as the Administrator. It is still under profiles, but its not listed under User Accounts, however If I try to make a new Account called Admin- it tells me I can't because it already exists... Its still there, all my programs, settings etc are still there but i cant log on under it anymore !! I don't know what to do but Im Frickin cheezed because my Email, IE, Programs, Desktop, windows settings etc etc etc have all be reset...

Someone PLEASE shoot an idea on how to get back as the Admin !

Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del at the login screen to bring up the classic login. You can type in Administrator here.

For the record, any new user you create in XP will be an administrator by default.

Personally, I try to limit my use of the Admin account, as I will likely do more harm than good ... and that's even when I think I know what I'm doing! But, I guess you guys are much more precise in your actions than I am. After all, I've only got six OSes running on one hard drive right now.
