Help! TB causes win XP to continually restart

I've played around with my PCI cards only an NIC and the TB Santa Cruz. Whenever WinXP detects and trys to install drivers for my TB my computer
restarts and upon entering winXP it trys to detect and install TB card again and restarts this continues ad infinitum. This also happened when i had onboard audio enabled and running and then tried to enable the TB card, firts gave the yellow question mark then when i tried reinstall drivers bang restarts.

Right now i'm running win XP on an Asus A7m266 w/ a T-bird 1.33 OC'd to 1.4 I think i'll drop it back to default and try again.
