I want to buy a AMD T-Bird 850 but do not know which to buy the slot A or Socket A any comments ?

Also which MB is a good match to OC to 1 gig ?

Get the socket version. Slot A version's for the older mombos.

I recommend either the Asus A7V or Abit KT7.
