HELP! system under spyware attack

I just ran a virus scan, ad aware, spy bot S&D, and spy sweeper. also i have a pop up blocker.

and im STILL getting pop up adds, i dont know what happened.

thats my hijack this log, im wondering if anyone can take a quick glance at that and tell me if there is anything there i should get rid of. thanks!

Well that nail.exe crap definitely shouldn't be there: click me.

Get rid of the neededware stuff, too.

Edit:

And a quick googling suggests that miratesp2.exe is a worm.

You've got lots of fun stuff on there.

Run adaware and msspyware in safe mode.

1. Disable system restore
2. Reboot into safe mode
3. Remove these entries:
