HELP: Swapping OS on 1 hard drive to another....

Hi folks, just wondering wether it's possible to copy an OS from one hard drive to another? even if the maximum capacity of the drives are different??

IE. HDD1 200GB, Transfer to HDD2 120GB newly formatted drive.. both NTFS.

cant use xcopy on NTFS and yes it's possible witt the HDD's drive utility.

Drive Utility?? where can i get that?

When you buy a hard drive it comes with a utilities disk. Or you can just download it from the mfr's website.
