Help: Studio PCTV Pro no picture :(

Just installed PCTV Pro, scan the channel just fine but there is no picture and sound.
Composite in doesn't have picture either.
When I try the diagnose, it doesn't pass the second to last test (the one that display TV picture).
anyone with PCTV Pro have this problem ?
