I work at my school's (University of Toronto) Faculty of Management as a Summer Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator and we have a computer lab set up for students who are in the co-op program to write/print resumes and do job searching.
Printing personal stuff such as school assignments etc are not allowed and we have notices everywhere warning about that.
The computers only allows registered students in the program to access it. The student have to use their school computer account to login.
Obviously some students are abusing the free service and our 5000 page toner runs out before u can say WOOOOTAAAH! I personally caught a few pple printing hundreds of lecture notes and slides etc.
is there a way to set up a quota for each students so that it limits the number of pages they can print per month or monitor their printing activity?
