Help, strange problem on Win2K

I've tried almost everything... but can't avoid the problem... when i clean install the win2k, it'll work for a day or so... and then... the same ol' problem...

Beginning to dump physical memory. Contact your system administrator...blah blah blah.. can't read the rest cause it reboots really quick, but it doesn't say much

please help...
