Help, strange dark dot on my laptop screen

I have got a compaq X1000 laptop, I has been well for 7or 8 months. however, I just noticed recently that there are quite a few dark spots on my screen. if you are not looking at a white background, you can barely see it.
I did the dead pixel test, they do not look like dead pixel. then I clean the screen with electronic cleaning cloth and canned air. they are still there.
And it looks like i get more and more of this spot.

Any idea of what are these?
Are they fetal to my laptop screen?

Yeah is probly a dead pixel.

there are a lot of them , these small dots, they are definetly bigger than pixel.
when I ran the dead pixel test, i followed the instruction, and it looked like there was none dead pixel.

May be a couple quantum singularities. I wouldn't get too close.

Is the screen passive or active matrix? I've heard stories about passive matrix screens getting small random blotches or faded spots, not really much you can do about that.
