help;"static resource conflict" on boot is back

When I boot up I "get the message "static resource conflict" . I have no idea what that means. I am having trouble getting my new Apollo printer to work and will send it back to Staples if I can't solve the problem. I removed all USB devices, scanner, cameras and I have reinstalled the printer and scanner, nothing is working right. I don't know if these problems have anything to to with the static resource conflict but I highly suspect they do. Could someone please tell me what this means and what if anything I can do about it.

you may have a IRQ conflict...to minimize that...try disabling your serial, parallel and usb ports on your system bios, and do the clear nvram option on your motherboard...see if that does the tric...

Thank you very much that did seem to solve the "static resource conflict". I have not been able to get the printer working right yet, but I will do a clean install later on in the day. That was my first IRQ conflict in the 16 years I have been fooling around with computers...I've always heard about them and wondered what would happen, now I know. Thanks again for the help, it was much appreciated.

The solution of removing all the stuff in the bio's worked for a couple of days but the message came back again. I tried the same thing but to no avail. What could this be and what might the solution be. What is strange is the above solution worked for a couple of days. Could there be something wrong with my motherboard.
