I think I heard something about this on the news, or maybe the radio, or possibly the internet, or maybe in the newspaper... damn my poor memory.
 
It generally is a little more informative and helpful if you actually post the subject of the thread, in the thread title.
 
I hope that everyone realizes that simply "forgiving" the debts of some African nations will not help the regular people at all. The Governments will still remain corrupt, they will simply be less in debt.
