help! spontaneous restart on win2k

i installed win2ksp2 a month ago and i love it but when i burn cd (philips pcrw 1208) or watch dvd (hollywood rm+) the machine restart itself without any warning.
i tried changing the memory timing for more stability but did'nt helped a lot, i also enlarged the page file.
now i'm thinking it may driver problem of some sort, please help me.

system: p3 600 slot1 ,msi 6199va ,192mb pc100.

turn off the "restart on error" option in the "startup and recovery" menu.

go to system >> Advanced >> Start up and Recovery >> Automatically reboot. This means you are probably getting a STOP error.
