HELP SOS: what is that gross white "rice" like thing that comes out from the pores on your nose?

This main pretain to all of you, so help and suggestions are highly recommended.

if you look closely on the mirror, you will notice many many spots on your nose, it does not has to be blackheads but if you squeeze them, a long "rice" (thou much smaller than a real rice grain) like thing comes out and it is just gross...

after you squeeze them out, it disappears for a few days and later the pores become filled with them again..eeeekk

is there a way to permanently get rid of them? what are those sukers called?

I would guess just the skin and oil that builds up in there.

Nothing is more satisfying than squeezing out a nice ricey blackhead....mmmm..

No can do.

Yeah its some combination of dirt, oil, and bacteria. If its a serious problem (yours sounds like it is), get a decent facial scrub and use it in the shower. I use St Ives Apricot... sounds kind of girly, but it works.

face scrub...i like fresh and clear by j&j..its got little grindy bits.
astringent-use cotton ball...
and occasionally boire nose strips
