I want to create collage poster about 24x36 in size where I can select say 20 pictures and it'll create collage of the pictures of different sizes.
I know Picasa has a Mosaic option where it does exactly that, the latest version it even allows you swap pictures around but the problem is the pictures sizes does vary too much and at the end it just looks like a tile of pictures versus a collage? Surprisingly Walgreen's online photo works pretty well, pictures are different sizes and it's arranged nicely but the prints are so expensive.

I'm wondering if there were software (paid or free) that can do something similar, so I can save the jpg and print somewhere else it's much cheaper? TIA!
