I am looking for some help software that does the following things:
browser based help with search functionality that works offline
server based management for master help content
auto update of local content on connection to the internet
easy authoring of content for clueless users
I've looked at robohelp and Doc-to-Help but can't work out if they fulfill all of the above. the critical point is that the master help files will be updated constantly, but the users are often offline so they need to be automatically updated to the latest version whenever possible, preferably without them having to run anything themselves.
Advice would be much appreciated.
