Help - Socket 939 mATX Mobo - Good overclocker?

Building a semi SFF PC w/ the Silverstone SG01 case.

Need a mobo that will overclock well w/ an Opty 165, looking for following:

PCI-E x16
HQ Audio (Prefer 7.1)
SATA II w/ RAID
DDR400

The must haves are good OC and SATA II.

This will be the system config:

AMD Opteron 165
2GB (2x1) OCZ GOLD DDR500 EL DDR
2x WD 250GB 16MB 7200 SATA II RAID 0
ATI Radeon X1900XT
BenQ DW1655

Silverstone SG01 Case
Silverstone 600W Modular PS

Any suggestions on a motherboard that meets these requirements?

there are several great matx mobos that oc well and have sata II. the Biostar TForce6100-939 and EPoX EP-9GF6100-M are execllent overclockers. i have both and their great for my needs. they are both on the geforce 6100/410 chipsets so there is native sata II but only 2 sata ports on the 410 chipset and no gigabit lan. there are currently no good overclocking matx mobos that have 4 sata ports if that is needed for you. there is also dfi rs482 infinity board on the ati xpress chipset but no sata II, this is also a execllent overclocking.

you should go over to hardforum, they have a deciated forum for SFFers.
