Help! Silly Win7 issue.

I was setting up some custom resolutions in win7 and my multimonitor setup went all funky, after I had sorted it out I find I've 'lost' the Nvidia control panel off the left of my main monitor.
Normally this wouldn't be a problem with the move window command but win7 doesn't seem to have this.

Help 🙁

It's best to post your solution to problems that you figure out that way we don't have 40 threads asking the same question.

Sorry, silly problem and even sillier solution.

I just ran a 3d game at non native resolution in full screen and when i exited my window was back on the screen.
