Help shopping for broadband

Does anyone know of a web site that I can put a phone number and address in to, and then get a listing of whats available at that location? I'm trying to get some sort of broadband faster than IDSL but cheaper than fiber.
Satellite is also not an option either.

I can't seem to find one centralized location to do this, and what I can find wants my contact info so they can call me. I already have 50 vendors call me per day, I really don't need any more.
