Help: Shaky picture with CL2GTS

I just got Creative Labs Annihilator 2 GTS for my computer.
I use Detonator 3 driver that I got from Nvidia site, my monitor is 19" ADI microscan 5P
My working res is 1280 * 1024.
Sometimes, like right now, I can see the screen flickering (kinda like lower than 60mhz refresh rate). What is wrong with this ? is it the driver or the monitor itself ?
Also, when I play diablo 2, on the menu screen, the whole screen is shaky (but not flickering).
also happen when I try UT, on desktop menu the screen also shaking.
Both game I played under D3D option.
Can someone help me on this ?

Do you play the games in that resolution?,I think not.
Try changing the refresh rate induvidually on yor desktop for every different resolution that you might play games in.
I also got this problem when I switched from CL drivers to Detonator but now it works great.
