Help setting up 2 new WD raptor drives

I am setting up a new PC with two SATA WD raptor 10K rpm(1-37g and 1-74g) drives for a business pc/photoshop cs.
What is the best way to set-up the drives for performance? OS and programs all one one drive and then the other drive for storage? I am kind of new at this and need some suggestions.
