Help Setting RWIN Value!!

could someone explain how i should go about setting the RWIN value for my connection???? im getting this really back chop, where it downloads for a sec then stops then starts up again.. i keep playing with it and i cant either find the right value or something else is wrong.. help😕
 
You've probably been Here . Do the tweak tester and then go back and pick RWIN in the drop-down window. You can choose what size you wish.
