I have a citibank dividend platinum select card and pay it off in full every month. I have had it for a little over two years. I applied for the costco amex and they deny me by saying I have no credit when they pull my fico score.

I go check my experian credit score and it is 766. It shows my citi card, limit, that its in good standing etc.

I go to pull my Fico score and it says I have none. What should I do? I don't understand what is going on here.

Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean your "experian" score? Its just a reporting agency. Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, etc. They all just pull your FICO score.

Its impossible NOT to have a FICO score unless you have zero credit history.

It's called your Vantage score that you can pull from the three agencies. That's what I pulled and my score from there is pretty high.

But when I try to pull my fico score it says I do not have one. Not sure who I should call for this problem.

It's quite possible that Citibank does not report your payment information to all 3 credit bureaus. If that is your only open line (i.e. no other car loan, credit card, etc), then that would mean none of the other bureaus would have any information on you to use in generating a credit score.

Your best option is to call Citibank and see who they report to. If they don't report to all 3, find a lender who does (you can call them first to verify this) and open a new line of credit with them. Pay it on time, and eventually you'll have a good credit score no matter what bureau the prospective lender uses.

That's a good question that you should be asking the credit reporting agencies, not ATOT.

Good luck with that. My whole credit history vanished a while back, they have my name and ssn, thats it. I couldn't even figure out where to start trying to straighten it out.

Wish my credit history vanished. I would pull out the highest loan I could no matter the interest rate and get the fuck out of the US. Damn state is doing shit to me above the law and I cant do anything back because the state is 'protected' from law.
