Help selling my gf's parents house

I have already found kijiji.com but I wanted more suggestions as to where to look.

Here is the situation. I'm not into selling homes but my gfs parents were unhappy with their real estate agent so they decided they wanted to make a web site. I told them there's no sense in spending money when u can list it for free. The thing is I don't know many good reputable sites that will list ur home for sale for free. I was hoping the anandtech gods could help me out with my situation.

Make sure and get a good lawyer to draw up paperwork

Like it or not, it's going to be very hard to sell the house without getting it on MLS. I think FSBO is a pretty economical way to do it, but I'm not an expert in this area.

Otherwise, if the house is in a high traffic/high demand area, you might get lucky with signs in the yard, but selling through Craigslist or the like is probably going to prove fruitless.

Just find an agent that will do a flat fee MLS listing.
