help selecting motherboard

Ok, so I'm building my second system (built my current one three years ago) and I am trying to find the ideal motherboard.

I'm getting an Athlon 64 X2 4200, and a radeon x850 xt 256mb pci-e, and two seagate sata 120gb 7200rpm barracudas for raid 0.

i was looking at the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D as I want to get into overclocking, but I've heard they are incredibly difficult to set up. I built my last computer with an ASUS A7V-266E and an athlon xp 2100 and didn't have any trouble getting it up and running, but would the DFI board be a huge step forward? have any other recommendations for what i'm trying to do?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

There should be more than enough help if you just look around. There are 20 threads a day asking the same questions. Should be pretty easy to spot.

Check the sticky on top of the motherboard's forum for help choosing boards.

Also the DFI won't be hard to set up....if you pick the right hardware you should be fine. But if you pick RAM such as Corsair ValueSelect you might run into some issues......
