Help selecting (free?) software firewall for laptops.

I'm trying to find a firewall that will allow NetBIOS and file sharing to my home network but not to other networks. I'm guessing that the easiest way to accomplish this would be to have a very unique IP range for my home network.

Or, is there any way to do this with WinXP SP2 firewall?
