Help selecting a cpu and a motherboard!

Hey guys, I am new to this forum and I heard it was great from a friend so hopefully you can help. I am wanting to build a new computer to keep myself up to date. I was thinking an AMD T-Bird 1.4GH. I know that I will probly end up with this cpu but I have many questions as to what to mount it to. I am not knowlageable in the feild of computer hardware so basically I need help selecting a motherboard. I want one that has at least 4 PCI slots, 1 AGP , 4 USB, PC133, and 200mhz fsb. I dont know what kind of power source I will need so maby you can sugguest one of thoes. I dont really care about price on the CPU, Mother Board, and video card. Also will I have gaurenteed good game preformace with this system and a GeForce 3 card? I am looking to just update and not spend anymore money on upgrades for at least 1.5 years. Please tell me this is possible.
 
i would recommend an expo 8k7a, as would many people on this board. its good for overclocking when you get a little more knowledgable. good choice with the athlon.
