ok, i have 2 profiles on my computer (win xp pro). Mine and one for guests. Now all of a sudden I'm putting in my password and it's just loading what seems to be quite an old profile, with only a few icons, a different background etc etc. Also it doesn't have my emails in outlook!
In the C:\Documents and Settings\snowy folder there are my folders such as cookies/desktop/faves/start menu and these all have the CORRECT info inside them, so why are they not loading when I input my password to load my profile? Any ideas? This is really bugging me.
Btw, if needs be, how to I save all my emails from outlook, will they be in the C:\Documents and Settings\snowy DIR somewhere? I really really need to get my emails from my account

edit: so even though I'm putting my password in on the splash screen, I seem to be using the data/profile from the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS
does this make sense?
