I was playing Deus Ex demo when little rectangles of color began flashing across my screen. I exited the game and now my screen is messed up. There are random or missing pixels all over Windows. When I run my mouse across the desktop or click and drag an icon, trails of pixels are left behind. If I run 3dmark or Mechwarrior 4, those rectangles appear. WTF. I reinstalled my video driver and checked my monitor connections. What's going on?
My specs: Athlon 750, KA7, Creative Annihilator, SB Live, Windows 2000, Via 4in1 drivers, 128mb ram.

I would uninstall it and reinstall, and give a fresh set of drivers a try, you may also want to see if it is sharing an IRQ with another device....

start>settings>control panel>system>device manager>computer>resources

Nothing is overclocked. All bios settings are at default. I tried reinstalling, Directx 8, Creative video driver, 4in1 drivers, and I tried nvidia W2K driver. No luck. My fonts look okay, but all pictures such as icons and buttons are messed up.
