HELP SAMSUNG HD 80 is now 30 GB OMG WTF

are you using any xp? How did you format it?

IF xp go to Control Panel(classic View)>Administrative tools>Computer Managment>>Disk Management>

Make sure that you didnt just format it as a 30 GB drive, you should be able to format it from this screen as well
