Help running one modem after another - Wireless Acces/Bridge?

I have two Netgear B90-7550 frontier modem/routers. The first one has DSL incoming with several devices connected and a cable running to a 2nd modem on the other side of a building that runs a juke box and acts as a general wireless access point.

Right now I can get to the internet on the main modem but not on the second. I can connect wirelessly or wired to the second and I can access the first modem/router and change settings via the second, but I can't access the internet at all.

Any suggestions on where to start? This was working previously, but I believe it somehow got reset as when I started looking in to the issue, the 2nd modem was set up with the IP 10.0.0.1 and not the 192.168.1.100 that was originally specified. Not to mention, the gui was a netgear gui and wasn't the Frontier branded one.

Second Modem has to be configured as an Access point.

Thanks for the information. I'm going to try and get in and see if I can't get it working this weekend or Monday and I'll report back.
