Question Help Ricoh SP210SU stuck at initializing

Any help is much appreciated. Last time I used was couple of weeks before was working perfectly fine and now when I turned on to take some print it stuck at initializing. Does any owner of Ricoh SP210SU printer face same issue?. I tried googling fixya has same question but no solution.
