Help! reset G1WH Dash Cam Menus to English

I received this highly recommended dash cam and in fooling around, hit the reset button. Now the menu's are in russian? Something. Anyway a half hour after going through all the menu options in russian I can't seem to find how to reset it to english. Not to mention a ton of googling. Can anyone help? Grateful.
