Help removing the video card

Hey guys, sorry about the novice question, but how do I remove my video card from the LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb motherboard? It seems I'm supposed to unlatch the clip holding it to the board, and then remove it, but I can't reach the clip. The card covers it. I'd appreciate it if you guys could help me through this. Thanks

the 754 board?
Yeah, it's not a good design particularly if you have something like an Arctic Cooling Silencer on the card.

If you really can't get at it within the limited confines of your case then it may be easier to take the whole lot out to get better access.

Try rocking the card back and forth, it should pop open after a couple tries.

Thanks, I'll try that later on tonight, but is there an easier way to take out the card? The way you mentioned sounds like I might risk breaking something.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?

be real gentle about rocking the card back and forth, I have seen many broken agp slots because of this.

From the top-side facing the CPU, you can grab it with needle-nose and release it.

Pic Even a small flathead can be used to gently pull it back towards the CPU far enough to allow the card to be removed.

Hey just wanted to say thanks for your help. I finally got it out using a flat head. I stuck it inbetween the videocard and the yellow clip and moved/bent the clip just enough so that the video card finally popped out. I was cringed the whole time though, as I thought my video card might break or something.
