Help Removing Stock Heatsink/fan from Geforce2

Can anyone tell me how to remove the stock heatsink and fan from a Geforce2? It's starting to make a lot of noise and I bought a replacement, but I don't know how to take off the old heatsink/fan. I tried pulling on it a little, but it looks like it's glued on there or something. Thanks in advance.
