Help removing NTFS partition

I'm running a dual boot between win2k/win98se. When installing drivers for my new video capture card, my system freaked and I have some awful problems in win98. I am going to re-install win98 (it's a new system anyway so I'm not losing much), and I want to reinstall win2k onto a fat32 partition this time. When I'm using fdisk, I can't see the NTFS partition to delete it, how do I do this?
