Help removing fuse from Chrysler Sebring

I blew the audio fuse in my Sebring and am not sure how to remove it. It's in the fuse box under the hood and its coupled with another fuse in a yellow bracket. The bracket appears to have places to squeeze with your fingers but I can't make it budge.... it might just be too cold outside and I can't get any power. There is also no clip present in the box.... any ideas?

yes pic might help. I remember when I had to change a 100A fuse that blew in my dad's Toyota Corolla, that sucker was bolted from underneath from the !@#$!@$! fuse box.
