Help Remote Wonder Problem

Hey I recently got a new hdd so i reinstalled windows etc. and when i went to install my remote wonder software i keep getting errors for the drivers. when i try and install new hardware it says access is denied cannot complete setup for the usb reciever drivers... help plz if you can . Seth
