Title says it all. Our Phaser 8400 is gonna be 1000 to fix, or 1000 to buy new. =)

Doing some quick scans of reviews it seems like not too shabby of a printer. The only problem is it's just outta warranty and broke down.

Things we NEED.
Color of course, decent volume. 3-4 paper trays would be nice. Ethernet, RELIABILITY. Duplexing is a must.

Some Okidata printers have come up as suggestions. We had one in my last office and it wasn't too reliable either.

Budget is fairly open still.
