Hi,
I have tried to re-load some software on my system (intel web phone) and the program will not let me complete the install as it finds an old version on the system and informs this should be removed first.
I have removed this software from add/remove programs and removed all reference to it in the registry, but STILL it thinks there is an old version on my system.
Question : Where else can I remove reference to a previous install so the program thinks its the first time its being used on the system ?
I have been plugging away at this for days and am still no closer to getting this software up and running.
