HELP, razer copperhead

Hello, I have just purchased a Razer copperhead from thier website on 8/29
and have yet to recieved it.
I emailed 2checkout.com where it sent me to and aswell to razer and neither of them have replied.
I check my account in razer and it still says in "processing"....
during the time I bought it, it said nothing about:

Out of Stock
Back-order

Hell, a week later I bought it, they were still selling the item until 10 days ago, they went:
Out of Stock

so, that coems to show me, they had it and I have not recieved it!
What should I do now?

Have they charged you for it yet? If you bought it on a credit card you could try disputing it with your CC company...
