Lots of people seem to running just fine but in my case that's different. With Nvidia I have never once had to make sure I have this or that correctly installed or uninstalled.... it's just point and click with driver updates. Nvidia is the flawless way to go. Remember everything that is fast (9700Pro) eventually goes slow at one time in the computer world and is not neccessarily better...especially when it come to compatibility/drivers! Learn from 3dfx and all those snobby people who bragged about fps over nvidia at one point....where's 3dfx now? Which manufacturer had the spot light more so when 3dfx went down....nvidia. Did the market have a choice....yes....nvidia or ati. Did they go ati....no....because NUMBER ONE....ati had no speed which many people are possessed by ... and number TWO their drivers were still mediocre which has improved to this day but is not pretty much flawless like nvidia. I wish things would happen in ati's driver department where one could alternate hardware without sweating and praying that their video card will be 100% compatible. nuff said.
