help quick: how to upload files to an SD card without an SD reader :(

Lost my SD card reader, anyway I can add files to the SD card without the reader or a printer that reads the SD card?

I was trying to use the camera but it won't let me upload any data files to it

Didn't your camera come with a USB port and cable? I know that if I hook up my digi cam to windows via USB I can upload with Windows Explorer.

It doesn't mount to a drive letter when you connect it via USB?

I do have the camera usb cable ... so I can access the camera but windows explorer only lets me read the files from the camera not upload to it .... maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Nope that's what I was hoping, but it's just a camera icon there ... the paste option is greyed out.

check if th ecard is write protected... ( a small red sliding tab?)

I think some cameras don't allow uploading
