Help Quick how many tablespoons in a half cup??

Im cooking something and all the Measuring Cups are still packed away.
We just moved.

1 cup = 250mL
1 tbsp = 15mL

250/15 = ~16.5mL

In dry measurement, there are 4 tablespoons to an ounce, so 12 in a half cup. For liquid it may be somewhat different.

Granny's kitchen says liquid=8 dry/flour=4 tablespoons to an ounce so 16 for 40z.
