Help! Question on Anti-Aliasing with 9700 Pro.

Ok....Got my system working...sort of. I now have a 2.53 p4, 512 megs of RDRAM and a 9700 Pro.... I managed to squeeze out over 14k 3dmarks last night. Problem is, Unreal Tournament 2003 runs like crap and Battlefield 1942 crashes. I'll troubleshoot those problems...my question is this. I keep seeing people post different benchmarks with 4xAA and AA off and stuff...where is that control panel to do that? I figured it would be in game, but on UT2003 there isn't an option. Also, I'm using the newest drivers and I remember back when I had an Nvidia the display properties had stuff to tweak...The Ati doesn't seem to.

I fresh installed, so it isn't a matter of old Nvidia haunting the system.
