HELP ! Question for all Santa Cruz owners.

I just opened my new Santa cruz that I got from Mwave. The box was still sealed on both sides but when i opened it I saw that EVERY SINGLE capacitor is bent ! They are all bent but not in the same direction, there are 2 side by side but bent two different ways. Also, the little pins things on bottom are also bent, every one too. is this normal ?
 
No, it is not. All capacitors will never be perfectly straight, but the pins on the card should be straight, and ALL capacitors shouldn't be bent.
 
From what I can see the bent capacitors look as if they were installed that way because they coinside with the bent pins on bottom
 
I have owned (2) retail boxed Santa Cruz cards, and both had "bent" capacitors.

* It's nice to see all of the patriotism in here. 😉
