HELP! Question about Money Order!

Is USPS' money order safer or BisPay's money order safer? I am bidding a laptop on eBay and the seller takes only Money Order. If I paid and didn't get the laptop, how do I get my money back?

Any help would be very appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

Unless the seller gives it back you don't. If you have the slightest reservation about the seller please do not bid on high priced items that only accepts cash equivalent payments. People often pay dearly when they ignore their instincts and common sense.

Agreed. I'd be weary of the auction.

Neither money order is 'better', they are both a bad way to go. If you pay with a money order, you could have some protection in case the money order is lost, but if the person on the other end cashes it (and then fails to ship the right merchandise), you are essentially up the creek. For your own protection, use a credit card. If the seller doesn't take a credit card payment on merchanside in that price range, I would be very very weary and would not purchase from that seller.......
